Welcome to Sniff, operated by Conduit Venture Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company,” “we,” “our**,” or “us”). Sniff uses device location services to provide neighborhood-based features. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your geolocation data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may submit content such as photos, descriptions, messages, or event details. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display such content for the purposes of operating and improving the App.
You agree not to upload content that is:
- Illegal, offensive, or harmful
- Infringes on third-party rights
- False or misleading
- Harassing, threatening, hateful, or otherwise abusive
Transparency: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for illegal content, harassment, threats, or abusive behavior. Any such content may be blocked or removed without notice.
Review Commitment: All content flagged or reported for violations will be reviewed by our team within 24 hours. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may remove the content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate the user’s account.

- Harass, stalk, or threaten other users
- Misrepresent your identity or pet
- Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the App

We do not vet users or animals and disclaim all liability for injury, damage, or disputes arising from App use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conduit Venture Labs and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

- Unauthorized access or use of your account or data
Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid (if any) in the past 12 months.

Sniff provides in-app reporting tools to help maintain a safe and respectful community. You may report abusive content or behavior directly through the “Report” button or "Block" button on user profiles. All reports will be reviewed by our team within 24 hours. Depending on the nature of the violation, we may take actions including, but not limited to:
- Removal of content
- Suspension or termination of the user’s account
In cases involving serious threats, harm to people or pets, or other illegal activity, we reserve the right to report the matter to law enforcement authorities.We are committed to maintaining transparency and user safety. However, we cannot guarantee that every harmful interaction will be prevented or that enforcement actions will resolve all disputes.
