1. How to Contact Us

-In-App Support: Tap Connections to access the in-app support message feature in the Sniff app. Submit a message with your request to ‘Sniff Support’.
2. Support Availability
- Our team is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST, excluding major U.S. holidays.
- We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days.
3. Types of Support We Provide
- Troubleshooting technical issues (login, location services, notifications)
- Assistance with app features (searching for dogs, attending meetups, messaging)
- Reporting and addressing inappropriate content or behavior
- Guidance on privacy and account settings
4. Safety and Urgent Issues
- If you encounter a safety concern involving a dog or user, please report it immediately using the in-app support messaging feature in the app or email us with "Urgent" in the subject line.
- Note: Sniff is not an emergency service. For urgent safety or medical issues involving people or animals, contact local authorities or a veterinarian.
